• A user has successfully authenticated (logged in).
• The user explicitly clicks the "Unlock Info" action.

This tiered access ensures that professional contact details are only shared with genuine users seeking services.

4 Data Retainment & Erasure

We retain your data for the duration of your active account status. Users maintain the absolute right to request account deletion. Upon such a request, all personal identifiers are purged from our primary databases within 30 days, unless a legal requirement necessitates short-term retention.
